    Michael Hughes

    Founder and Orbiteer Michael has spent many years working with businesses throughout the UK.
    He has great insight and unique understanding of organisations and employees, a great communicator,and is highly intuitive and empathetic.
    He is passionate about employee engagement,organisational development and making business better.

    Carol Scambler

    Carol Scambler has joined our group as an HR Change Consultant. Carol has many years of senior HR management experience supporting mainly Investment Banking & Technology businesses in London, Amsterdam and Edinburgh.


    She has held a number of roles that support change within global businesses, working alongside C-suite and Board level decision-makers.


    She is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development and is accredited in Solution Based Hypnotherapy.

    Pete has worked with many organisations in Uk and Europe. He is member of the EMCC, and ILM, a highly respected mentor and coach, he has a great understanding of organisational paradigms, and is an expert in leadership development.
